Substitute Teaching Pre-Hire / Re-Certification
Pre-Hire
There are currently no Substitute Teaching Pre-Hire Courses offered by WCSA Kona Campus. Please check the DOE Substitute Teaching webpage for alternatives for Certification.
This course/test is for those who do not currently hold certification as a Substitute Teacher. It is called "Pre-Hire" because taking and passing this course in not a guarantee of employment.
Candidates for substitute teaching will still need to go through the DOE personnel hiring process.
