iCAN Transition Program
Program Description
The iCAN Transition Program is designed to help prepare students for a successful transition to college, careers, and/or work training programs. Classes are taught through a collaborative and supportive model, which includes advising, tutoring, and personalized instruction. Students who are interested in attending college, gaining workplace skills, improving their reading and math skills, or are looking for a job/career are encouraged to register.

Registration Requirements
- Students must register online or in person
- Have a US DOE high school diploma or equivalent
- TABE/CASAS grade equivalent scores of 7th grade or higher in reading or math
- Interest in continuing education and job/workforce training
All new or returning students (after one year of absence) must take an assessment test prior to the start of the class.
Please bring the following items to the assessment test:
- A valid picture ID with birth date (State ID, Driver's License, Passport, or Military ID)
Course Fees
Enrollment Fee: $20 per course
Books/Supplies: Varies
