Spring 2023 Session
​Online Registration Procedures
WCSA Windward's Spring Term 2 session will run from March 28 to May 15.  Classes will be offered for the following programs:
  • High School Equivalency (HSE)​
  • Adult Basic Education (ABE)
  • Workforce Development Diploma Program (WDDP)
  • iCAN Transition Program
  • ​ParaPro Preparation​
  • English Language Acquisition (ELA)​​
  • Special Interest​​
​​*Students under age 18 will need approved release papers (Form 4140) from home high school before registering for academic programs with WCSA.

Daily Wellness Check and Return to School/Work Criteria Flyer
Indoor and outdoor masking is optional, but highly encouraged.  HIDOE employees, contracted service providers, visitors and students must complete a wellness check each morning before going to school or work if fully vaccinated or not.  Please report any illness or COVID-19 exposure to the school or supervisor.  Review all of the requirements by clicking on the Daily Wellness Check and Return to School/Work Criteria Flyer to the left.

If you are not feeling well, please do not visit our campuses/sites or attend classes.  You may call our office instead and we will be happy to assist you.

​What to Bring
  1. ​A valid photo ID with birth date (State ID, Driver's License, Passport, Military ID)
  2. Payment ($20 enrollment fee + fees where applicable for books, supplies, etc.)
  3. Social Security number for any ASE (GED/HiSET), ABE (iCAN/WDDP), and ELA courses
  4. High school transcript and approved release papers (Form 4140) from home high school (if applicable)
Basic Fees
Acceptable forms of payment:  cash (in person), credit card (online), eCheck (online)
  • All students will be assessed a $20 enrollment fee
  • Books may be purchased at the time of registration or thereafter.  Book fees are non-refundable.
  • Other fees may include those for supplemental materials (i.e. handouts) used in class
  • A lab fee may be collected to maintain equipment used

  • All fees will be collected at the time of registration
​ADDITIONAL FEES:
  • Additional fees apply based on specific courses taken and/or tests administered.  Please see the course schedules section for more specific details.​ 
​Refunds
  • Refunds vary by the type of fees that are paid
  • Enrollment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the school cancels the class
  • Tuition fees vary by course and may be refunded only if a request is made before the start of the second class or the school cancels the class
  • Testing fees and books are NON-REFUNDABLE​
  • Refunds may take 6 to 8 weeks
**The school administration reserves the right to cancel any class which lacks sufficient enrollment

  • Students ages 16 to 17 must be officially released from a public high school in the State of Hawaii before admission into academic classes.

  • The school reserves the right to remove, from class and school grounds, any student or individual exhibiting inappropriate behavior.
