Summer 2020 Session
Waipahu Campus Update​​ (6/23/20)
Waipahu Campus is only accepting registration for​ ELA classes ​until July 8.  Please call the Waipahu Office if you would like to register.  Registration for all other programs has ended.
Windward Campus Update
​Enrollment at the Windward Campus will continue to be accepted until July 3.

​
WCSA's Summer Term will run from June 15 to July 28.  Classes will be offered ONLINE ONLY for the following programs:
  • High School Equivalency (HSE)
  • Workforce Development Diploma Program (WDDP)
  • iCAN Transition Program
  • ​ParaPro Preparation
  • Adult Basic Education (ABE)
  • English Language Acquisition (ELA)​​

​No enrollment fees will be charged for this Summer Term.


Summer Online Registration Procedures
Step 1:  Fill out the Windward Campus student intake form:

Step 2:  After submitting the intake form, you will be contacted by a WCSA school official to complete the registration and class assignment process.

​What to Bring
  1. Please wear a mask or face covering at all times on campus
  2. A valid photo ID with birth date (State ID, Driver's License, Passport, Military ID)
  3. Payment (fees where applicable for books, supplies, etc.)
  4. Social Security number for any ASE (GED/HiSET), ABE (iCAN/WDDP), and ELA courses
  5. High school transcript and approved release papers (Form 4140) from home high school (if applicable)​​​

Basic Fees (CASH ONLY)
  • ​Books may be purchased at various times depending on the campus.  Book fees are non-refundable.​
  • Other fees may include those for supplemental materials (i.e. handouts) used in class
  • A lab fee may be collected to maintain equipment used
  • ​See specific program sections for applicable fees
  • All fees will be collected at the time of registration:  cash only

  • Additional fees apply based on specific courses taken and/or tests administered.  Please see the course schedules section for more specific details.​ ​
​Refunds
  • Testing fees and books are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Refunds may take 6 to 8 weeks
**The school administration reserves the right to cancel any class which lacks sufficient enrollment

  • The school reserves the right to remove, from class and school grounds, any student or individual exhibiting inappropriate behavior.
